Connecting Local Farms
to Happy Customers
Northwest Connecticut FOOD HUB
Founded in 2017 to support regional farmers in achieving financial stability through a streamlined solution to local food access in Connecticut. Today, the Food Hub supports a network of over 40 farmers with food safety training, marketing, sales, and logistics.
We have also developed unique community partnerships that increase access to healthy, local food for some of our most underserved or vulnerable neighbors.
Our Programs
These are a few of our most recent programs. Each and every year, we carry out more than 1000 programs across the country, involving people of every age, interest and need.

FARM TO SCHOOL
The Farm to School program endeavors to bring the farm to K-12 students. Since its inception in 2019, we have served students with Connecticut-grown produce. Working closely with school nutrition directors and our partner farms, we are able to make local food the easy choice for schools. For more information click here.
